Recently, The Central Ohio Model Railroad Club (COMRC) received the generous donation of a large collection of Lang & Wise Colonial Williamsburg Village buildings, figures, and other accessories. I am selling them here on their behalf with the majority of the purchase price going directly to the club to help them in their ongoing efforts to promote the hobby of model railroading. They have all been previously displayed by their original owner and some show signs of very minor wear, but are not cracked or broken in any way unless noted. Mainly, it is limited to very minor paint wear on the corners of building bases or on the corners of the dormer windows. On the other hand, some don\'t show any wear at all. If any item shows signs of more substantial wear, it will be noted in the description. Also, none of the building we are selling still has their interior light. I guess the original owner kept them.
This begins a second round of buildings and figures I am selling on behalf of the Central Ohio Model Railroad Club. Unlike the first batch, none of these items comes in it\'s original box.
Offered here is a Lang & Wise Colonial Williamsburg Village Collection No.20-480414 \"King\'s Arms Barber Shop\". It is in very nice condition with nothing cracked or broken and just a couple of tiny imperfections. all very minor, so it\'s really a pretty nice looking building. It\'s a smaller building measuring about 7\"x 4\" x 6\" tall. That being said, it really is a pretty nice example of one of the classic buildings from historic Colonial Williamsburg and I\'m certain it will make an excellent addition to your Lang & Wise collection.
