HELLO SHOPPERS!! UP FOR offer IS THIS MCCRAY REFRIGERATOR ICE BOX COOLER WHICH CAME FROM THE HISTORICAL TOWN IF ST. CHARLES, MISSOURI ! HERE\'S A DETAILED DESCRIPTION:~MCCRAY COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATOR MODEL ??? PRODUCED EARLY 1900s. THE THE REFRIGERATION COMPONENTS WERE MADE BY FRIGIDAIRE. MEASUREMENTS; 7\' tall X 6\' wide X 32\" deep WEIGHS APPROX. 700 LBS. THIS HAS BEEN REWORKED TO MAKE A WORKING UNIT FOR BEER OR WINE. LOOK GREAT IN A COUNTRY STORE OR WOULD ALSO BE GREAT TO USE AS A PANTRY. THIS UNIT IS MADE OF A BEAUTIFUL OAK WOOD WITH 6 DOORS. IT HAS ALL ORIGINAL HARDWARE EXCEPT FOR ONE HINGE THAT HAS BEEN REPLACED BUT NOT RECENTLY. COMPRESSOR INCLUDED AS THIS WAS REMOVED PREVIOUSLY. THIS CAME FROM THE STATION DUQUETTE RESTAURANT, LOCATED IN THE HISTORICAL TOWN OF ST. CHARLES, MISSOURI (FIRST STATE CAPITAL) WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE MISSOURI RIVER. THE RESTAURANT WAS TORN DOWN IN THE LATE 1970s. VERY RARE FIND! I HAVE INCLUDED A PHOTO OF THE RESTAURANT IN WHICH THIS CAME FROM! ALL DOORS OPEN AND CLOSE WITH LATCHES ALL WORKING. HAPPY offerDING 😀This is a very large antique oak ice box.Made in the early 1900\'s.It has 6 doors; 2 with glass ..Measures 6 ft wide x 7 feet tall x 31 1/2 inches deep.It has been nicely refinished many years ago, but we retained all or most of the original hardware and shelves. The Hinges and latches have been nickle plated. This refrigerator is currently in a restaurant that has been closed for several years. It has been converted over to a Freon Refrigeration system with coil installed.This is the real deal, constructed originally to use Block Ice for cooling. This is a one of a kind original piece used in commercial restaurant setting for the past 40 years that we have had it. There has been some restoration done twenty years ago when we moved it to its current location. Solid oak construction and weighing in at 700-800 lbs. This would make a great center piece for another Restaurant or Bar location.for another 100 years.This ice box could be used in your kitchen or to display a collection in it.It could be a one of a kind bar.
