Herewe have a beautifully decorated antique majolica bread tray orplatter. On the rim, in four sections (one for each word), in very elaborate script, it says, “Waste NotWant Not.” The floral pattern has dogwood branches and butterfliesover a cream and turquoise background. The back has a very handsomemottled finish. The condition is excellent with no chips. There aretwo tight hairlines on the edge that measure about 1” (last two photos). Pleaseenjoy the photos for the best look at this amazing majolica platter. Wethink you will love it.
