You are offerding on a large ornate silver plated picture frame by Barbour Silver Company and International Silver Company. It is truly magnificent. It measures 15 by 12.25 inches. The width of the actual frame is 1 inch by .5 inches deep. The signed picture is of a distinguished lady from the 1930\'s but the frame may be older. There is no silver loss.
