For your consideration is a large Chatillon Spring Balance that weighs in Kilos and LBS. The brass front has increments of 1/2 of a pound and will weigh as much as 30 LBS. It is also marked in increments of 1/10 of a Kilogram and will weigh as much as 15 Kilograms. The fine print at the top says: QUALITY SERVICE WELCH CHICAGO, ILL. This spring balance has a total height of approximately 15\". The brass front has a height of almost 11 3/4\" and a width of 2 1/2\". This scales is an old item that was used. The rivets holding the brass to the steel have been replaced, but whoever did it, did a good job and used the right type of rivets. In places, the steel back enclosure is rusty and the original black paint is missing. Please, carefully examine the pictures.
