Gorgeous Chokin Art framed Geisha. This lovely geisha seems to draw you into the wonderful scene of cherry (sakura) blossoms in full bloom. Most likely the Hanami festival. She seems ready to cross over the bridge that will take you the secret spot in the japanese garden where all of the gorgeous Spring flowers are. Or maybe she is strolling over to join a lantern filled yozakura party in the evening. She is wearing a lovely cherry blossom kimono she even has a cherry blossom umbrella. This picture has wonderful colors of silver, gold, copper, bronze, and black. Signed by artist in the bottom left of the art piece. Back of the frame has two stickers. One says Japan. The other says The 11th Congress of APSR November 19 to 22, 2006 Kyoto Japan. This piece is framed in a natural wooden frame and the Chokin art piece is attached to a piece of black velvet that frames the item nicely. Would make a nice gift for a Chokin Art Collector, or a Geisha Collector. Measurements: Chokin art piece measures 10 1/2\" long by 2 1/4\"wide. Frame measures 18\" long by 4 1/2\" wide.
