A very good quality silver Rose Water Sprinkler of circular form with lobed lower body and with a pierced acanthus designed circular base.With Acanthus centre at the base of the tubular pouring section.In great condition without repair and with only surface wear and markings and with some surface cuts to the upper tube.There is writing to both upper and lower sections, and if anyone can help me with what it says, that would be great !!!
