Presentedis a museum quality Japanese Ando Ginbari Cloisonné enameled lacquered vase with six flying cranes.

This beautiful enameled Ando vase has six very distinct cranes inmid-flight depicted in the front that are off-set by a crimson pigeon blood-redfoil background. The vase has a finish thatis an extremely high quality lacquer gloss with silver rimmed trim. The details on the cranes are perfectiongiving the appearance that the birds are actually floating in midair. The vase is very large and tall measuringjust under 10”. The bottom is markedwith the Ando symbol. The vase is in pristinecondition with no damages.
