Damaged in shipping? If you receive a product that is damaged, we will gladly provide you with a replacement within 14 days of you receiving the item.
We accept any returns and exchanges initiated within 14 days of receipt (except for final sale products), if you are unhappy with your purchase. We do not offer refunds, only merchandise credit. Please contact us for a return and we will review the process with you.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused.
Final sale marked items, cannot be exchanged.
We can; 1)Send a replacement if product is damaged or 2) Issue a merchandise credit. Please return items in the original package and retain mailing receipt for your reference. Return address will be provided with form.
