United Kingdom customers: Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Instant payments before 1400 GMT (2 pm) will usually enable us to send your order the same day (Holidays and Weekends excepted).

UK residents may also make payments via cheques and postal orders through the post. Uncleared funds will take 7 days to clear. We do not accept Checks or International Money Orders from buyers outside the United Kingdom, please use PayPal.

We ship to International Worldwide destinations daily: Worldwide orders from outside the United Kingdom must be paid for with an instant payment method such as PayPal. Checks and other postal payments, including International Postal Money Orders, are NOT accepted. As we are not VAT registered we can not refund any VAT to customers outside the European Union.

We may require purchasers from certain high risk international destinations to pay an additional insured signed for fee of £4.95 per order for Registered Delivery. If in doubt, please ask.
We pride ourselves in getting your order to you quickly. (See our response to see what our customers say about this) The Shipping charge includes an amount to cover our handling and packaging materials and all costs incurred in making your order available for dispatch as well as the carriers cost of shipping (and where applicable, insurance) for your item(s).

We ship approx. 50% of our sales to the United States and other International destinations on a daily basis. Please order with confidence as we are experienced in shipping quickly to International Destinations. Please see our response with plenty of praise for our quality products and speed of service.

UK Destinations: Please select which shipping method you want at the checkout. Order before 1500 GMT (3 pm) and your order usually ships the same day. Smaller items are suitably protected inside a plastic sleeve and placed inside a strong cardboard backed envelope. Larger items (Over A4 Size), Photos, Prints and Reproduction Maps will be sent in a very strong Postal Tube. Damaged on arrival is almost unheard of! We are able to provide 'Get it Fast' (Special Delivery, Next Day), so please choose the appropriate service at the checkout.

Overseas Destinations (Non UK Customers): All orders will be sent (suitably protected as above) by Royal Mail (Please choose the service level you want at the checkout), usually the same day, but please remember the time difference between yourself and GMT in the UK.

We also offer Airsure (at £9.95 per order, taking 3 - 4 days, but not all destinations can accept this service, if you want this service please ask) and International Registered Signed for service. Please choose the correct level of service required at the checkout. We ship daily to the United States and Canada (about 5 - 6 days), and Europe (about 3 - 4 days), Rest of World (about 5 - 7 days.) Please allow longer at busy times of the year such as Christmas. Airsure and International Signed for mail is electronically tracked until it leaves the UK, and is dispatched on the first available flight and receives a registered (signed for) delivery at the destination address.

We aim to send all orders within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excepted).

We offer Free Shipping for each additional item you purchase of the same size and paid for at the same time on one /PayPal invoice (Excludes heavy items such as Packs of Paper and Labels etc.). We do not recommend rolling 10 or 11 by 8 inch prints to send along with Larger items in a postal tube. Anything over A4 size (11 x 8 inches) will be rolled and sent in a strong postal tube, and we will combine additional items of this size at no extra shipping cost. We can not combine multiple items of A4 and A3 (and A3+) sizes, they will be sorted to size and combined into 2 invoices.

Please be aware some items are 'FREE Shipping' to overseas destinations by 'Surface Mail'. If you choose this delivery method, please note that this can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to arrive if you live in the Southern Hemisphere, even longer at busy times such as Christmas. If you want to receive your order quickly please select the 'Paid For' Airmail option instead.
