Up for sale is this superbly detailed antique c1900/10 large SOLID SILVER Serving / Meat / Salad Fork which is fully signed plus another mark. Kwan Wo was a Silversmiths & Retailers in Canton, China, & Hong Kong dating from c1880-1920. The same characters (signature) for Kwan Wo can sometimes be seen on pieces marked WH (Wang Hing) and WF (Wing Fat). It is highly likely that Kwan Wo made pieces for both these contemporaries, as well as pieces under his own name.This retailer is one of the most well known of all Chinese Export Silver retailers due to the sheer number of pieces observed carrying its mark. The items observed by Kwan Wo include everything from salt & peppers, decanter label to elaborate trophies and dragon tea sets. The details are:-

Dimensions:-188mm / 18.8cm just under 7½ inches in length by 36mm at its widest point.

Weight:-47.5grams / just over 1.5 Troy Ounces.
