Early Huge & Regal Royal Copenhagen Adult Indian Elephant Figurine with Hallmarks C.E 1923-1935!!!! \"Creme de la Creme of collecting\"

Presented for sale is an impressive adult Indian Elephant, executed inporcelainwith coloring of softgreys, blush browns, off white and some browns all in theunder glazing that Royal Copenhagen and Bing and Grondahl are so famous for.Datestampingand factoryhallmarks for RC indicate this is an early piece - it was made between 1923 -1935. The piece sits strongly a round base of each foot. It LARGE!! and is approx. 11 & 3/8\" high, and almost 16\" long and 6 & 1/4\" wide. It is in beautiful condition with NO damage, repairs or chips- quite amazing for a large, old piece. This piece is part of my Royal Copenhagen and Bing& Grondahl collection and has been well cared for and cherished. This was on my \"had to have pieces\" It is an excellent piece for display or as a great collectible antique for the Collector of Danish porcelain; originally came from a Texas estate. Another is currently listed on at $4800 and it has damage!!!! This is a great opportunity.

Measure: 11 3/8” inches high, 6 1/4\" wide and about 16\" long.

Marks: hallmarks for Royal Copenhagen made 1923- 1935 with a painter’s mark of 164 Artist was Theodor Madsen, 3 wavy blue lines.

Condition: Excellent pre-owned condition.
