Sticker on Light says Rainbow 1986. There is a high end lamp maker called Rainbow. This lamp is a 3 way touch lamp. It is excellent condition. There is a light scuff of about 2 inches on shade but otherwise wonderful. Brass base. I was told the base is very likely handblown but the top is a mold. I have not seen another in this particular shape.Sorry only upper US States only for this fragile item. No international.
