This is an exquisite large antique Victorian circa 1890 gilt metal Italian shell cameo brooch.
The brooch has a lovely ornate gilt metal frame which is in nice condition. The length is large at 4.5 cm ( One and four fifth inches) and the pin and C clasp are in good working condition although the clasp is not original.
