This is a friction powered toylaser gun, made in Japan by Shudo in about 1965.

This is what I call a wall hanger as it does not work but looks good.

I have pulled trigger and applied pressure to one side and got the friction motor to work. It was hard to move and did not want to damage the gun.

It looks good for it\'s age but it does have some scratches and nicks to the tin litho finish.

Red plastic barrel does have stress cracks.

I do believe this is a rare find and would look good in any collection.

It is about 8\" long, 4\" tall and 1\" thick.
