Offered is this wonderful late Victorian era, Etruscan revival bracelet with a gold filled setting with faux turquoise (glass) stones, engraving, and filigree embellishments. So popular during the time, this was probably once part of a pair, though it seems this one was separated from its mate. Quite an innovative design, as you can see from the photos, the central part of the bracelet actually contains a hinge mechanism which allows for the bracelet to not only be adjustable, but easy to take on and off! I\'ve been so tempted to keep this one for myself, but I just cannot keep them all, so my loss is your gain!Ca 1880Dimensions: Measures about 5.5 inches in wearable length when fully closed, but fits up to a 6.75 inch wrist quite comfortably due to the hinge mechanism. Weight: 12.5gCondition: Good vintage condition with a few issues to note. There are a couple pieces of the small filigree circle embellishments that look to be missing, though given the age of the piece, it could have been manufactured that way. It\'s hard to even tell, but I don\'t want to miss anything. There\'s a couple dings to the hollow gold filled bangle as pictured, but not noticeable when worn. No missing faux turquoise or any other major pieces, and some wear to the setting as can be expected with a 130+ year old item.
