This is the original Laura Ashley Dollhouse, made in 2001 and distributed by ToysRUs. There are imitations for sale called Room by Room, which was a spin off of this house and does not have the nice detail and colors. This dollhouse was gently used, and comes from a smoke-free home.

It DOES NOT have any discoloration. (It has been stored in totes in the closet for the last 6 years.)

It comes with the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Girls Bedroom, Master Bedroom and Foyer. Each room has working Lights & Sounds. All roomsWORK (and have been tested)and require 3 AA batteries each room. All rooms come with items as shown in pictures. -Comes with EXTRA wallpapers and borders, and a few curtains to change the look. Each Room has it\'s own roof. Each room can be moved and arranged any way you like. The walls do come off to make the house more open.

The house is TOO SMALL for Barbie dolls. When my daughter played with it, she played with the Mini-Bratz dolls which are 4 1/2 inches tall.

**VERY IMPORTANT: The refrigerator door and the Curio Cabinet (in living room) door are both BROKEN. Both doors are there, but when opened, they fall off.Curtain rod in foyer is broken, will send with shipment in case it can be glued back on***ONE of the rooms is missing the battery compartment cover.

From what I have seen, it is RARE to find this house in Good condition especially with all the original little extras that come in each room!!
