Has pin locations to connect to other buildings, as well as sidewalk made to scale.
Features three floors, with internal staircase. No internal furnishings, and there are no figures (minifigs) included. However, it is TO SCALE with Minifigures, and other Modular Buildings.
sale is for ONE Custom Building, made with 100% Lego Brand Building Parts.
Built with new and very gently used parts. About 80% of the parts were new when this was built. No yellowing or discoloration on any parts. A little bit of dust on roof from prolonged display.
As this is a custom build, there are NO INSTRUCTIONS.
Will ship assembled, and packaged as securely as possible to prevent parts from coming apart.
