Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase and before merchandise is picked up.

Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return Policy:

We have developed a risk-free way to purchase our furniture which gives our customers around the country comfort in their purchases. When you receive the furniture, you may reject it for any reason other than shipping related issues (damage, etc.). You should deal with the shipper concerning this issue. If you decide to reject the furniture, you must do so and have the shipper/delivery people re-load the furniture before they leave your location. Once the delivery people have left your location, the sale is considered as-is and final. Once we have received the furniture, you will receive a complete refund (purchase price). You will not be required to pay any shipping costs (to or from your location). The option to reject the furniture and receive a complete refund applies when you use a shipper/delivery service that has been pre-approved by LH Wellington.
