This is a Lemax Caddington village piece.
Item # 75537 from the 2007 Christmas collection , originally retailed for $ 44.99.
Very nice detail , throughout. It has been long since retired.
This is a brand new in the box, never opened, except for photos. I did test this piece. A/C ADAPTOR included.
Stored in my warehouse.
As always stated all Lemax products have accent pieces glued on after the piece has been fired. If a piece comes off, it does not mean that the item is broken.
A good single part adhesive will get the job done. Bond 527, Duco, Quick grip, are just a few that work well.
If you purchase a few items I will combine shipping to save you money.
