This is a Lemax Spooky Town village piece.
Item # 85666 from the 2008 Halloween collection , originally retailed for $ 59.99.
Very nice detail , throughout. It has been long since retired.
This is a brand new in the box, never opened, except for photos.
This is a LED exterior lighted piece.
Has Sound and Animation
I did test this piece. Comes with its own AdaptorBOTH SOUND AND ANIMATION FEATURES ARE WORKING PERFECT.Stored in my warehouse.
I thoroughly check each piece before I package to ship.
As always stated all Lemax products have accent pieces glued on after the piece has been fired. If a piece comes off, it does not mean that the item is broken.
A good single part adhesive will get the job done. Bond 527, Duco, Quick grip, are just a few that work well.SHIPPING CHARGES ARE HIGH DUE TO USPS COSTS, PACKAGES TO THE WEST COAST COST A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT MORE THAN THE EAST .
