This sale is for a LesterPhiladelphia USA upright piano. This has been in myfamily forover 25 years and now it\'s time to part with it. It has not been played in at least 20 years and since it\'s been moved from 3 different houses there are nicks to the surface of it. The keys look to be in good shape with just some odd marks on them (see pic).THIS IS LOCAL PICK UP ONLY!!! You will need to bring your own truck/van and muscle to move it. Will consider offers!!
Please check out all my other sales! 80% of these sales were items that belonged to my very loved sister in law who passed away this past August at the age of 34.
The final price will benefit her last wish of having both my husband and I take her very loved nephews to Walt Disney World. It was a trip we were planning prior to her death that she was looking forward to very much.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why are your shipping so high?
I only offer two shipping options, First Class and Priority. My shipping costs include a handling fee which covers packaging tape, Sharpies, and a small percent for my and Paypal fees. If I sold more my handling fees would be lower, but unfortunately I do not.
Why such a long handling/shipping period?
Being a mother to a 4 year old and 9 month old along with a job limits my time in getting packages ready some day as sale ends. I make time to get to the post office two to three times a week. I try to get as many out as I can in one trip, but there\'s only so many I can carry into the post office at a time.
Do you offer tracking information?
If you request either option I will add the cost into the final price of sale. The only exception is Priority Mail, which has the tracking option built into the cost by the post office.
Do these items come from a pet free/smoke free home?
These items only come from a cat free home. I have a large dog, the items are stored my parent\'s house who have a dog and items that were owned by my sister in law came from a home run by a small Chihuahua. Again, nothing has been near a cat, but a dog, yes. The smoke free is a tricky. No one in my house or my parent\'s house smoke, but my sister in law was an occasional smoker. Nothing smells like smoke, but just warning those.
Do you ship internationally?
It breaks my heart that I no longer offer international shipping, but I have encountered far too many shipping issues to continue offering this option.
What is your return policy?
I describe items the best that I can, but sometimes stains or small holes on clothing get accidentally overlooked the first time. It happens. If I catch it before shipment I will notify the buyer and let their discretion determine if they still want the item or not. However, if you receive an item that you\'re not happy with at all you have up to 14 days to contact me to work out a resolution. From there, you pay the shipping cost to return the item. When I receive the item and determined it wasn\'t damaged by you (believe me it has happened) I will refund you for closing sale price, but not for shipping. (Unless the item was insured) I will gladly refund any final sales if the item was damaged during transit. (The post office can be brutal even when you write fragile on the box) I will not accept any returns if you for an example, do not like the color, the item did not fit you, or the phone doesn\'t work with your carrier. (you have no idea how many excuses I have heard through the year of selling). But I must warn you, if you did not ask any questions prior to closing of sale
