Famous scene from the 19th Russian fable by Krylov - A cook and a cat.The figurine stands 7\" tall and weighs just over a pound (the ones produced later on are considerably lighter).
Based on the style and size of the maker\'s mark, it was manufactured in the 1950s.The condition of this figurine is excellent with no cracks, chips, nor traces of restoration of any kind. I tried captiring it from every angle possible, but will take additional pictures if needed.This figurine has been in our family since before I was born. When we moved to the States, it came with us.
