- Count: 250 dailies
- Newspaper: Chicago Daily News
- Size: About 6 newspaper columns across, or about 12 x 3.5 inches including the margins. The size does vary slightly from date to date depending on the margins. The comic is in a strip format.

Condition:The following conditions are generalized for this set of comics:
- There might be a few small tears around the edges of some dates.
- The comics are browned due to age, but some more so than others. The paper is however supple.
- The date has been written in pencil on the reverse of the comics since the comic did not generally have dates.
We also made some notes of some date specific issues (we tried to avoid making too many notes, and instead preferred to go the generalized condition notes above). This should serve as a guide to the condition of the set, it is possible that we have not caught everything:
