The cover is loose, frayed at the extremities, scuffed and smudged. The first two pages are almost loose, the last one is loose. The interior is age-toned. 2. \"Check List of Large Scale Maps Published by Foreign Governments (Great Britain Excepted) in the Library of Congress,\" Philip Lee Phillips, 1904, a 58 page, 7\"x10\" hardcover in acceptable condition. There\'s no dust jacket. It\'s ex-library with the usual markings. The cover is loose, it\'s bumped at the front bottom corner, has wear at the extremities.
