I believe outer casing was hand made by an artisan over blank silver plated Cartier lighter mechanism, of which bottom states \"PLARGENT G 30 MICRONS\".By my knowledge I can confirm that insides is real Cartier lighter, designed by Robert Hocq in 1968 and later patented.Bottomplate marks: Cartier PARIS, PLARGENT G 30 MICRONS,sign of Triumphal arch with S and F lettersinside.Bottom edge marks: 750 plus another mark, not too visible.
