Halcyon Days Enamel Box Classic Winnie the Pooh \"Poohsticks Must Be Dropped in aTwitchy Sort of Way\"

This sale is for an adorable Classic Winnie the Pooh Halcyon Days Enamel Box. The top of the boxdepicts Pooh andChristopher Robin dropping sticks into a stream. There are four scenes around the sides of the box. The first scene is of Pooh, Piglet and Rabbit looking over the side of the bridge. The second scene is of Eeyore floating on his back in the stream. The third scene is another angle of Pooh, Piglet and Rabbit looking down at Eeyore floating in the stream. Thefinal scene is of Eeyore struggling in the stream. There were only 3,500 of this Halcyon Days Enamel Box made and this is number 2072. On the inside cover it reads, \"Poosticks must be dropped in a twitchy sort of way\". This box has never been displayed and has been stored in it\'s original blue velvet lined presentation box. This little trinket box measures approximately 2 1/4\" across and 1 1/16\" tall. There are no chips orscratches. There is somecamera glare in my pictures.

It also comes with it\'s Certificate of Authenticity and another little pamphlet that goes into great deal on the history of Halcyon Days Enamels and how they are made.

On thebottom of the box it\'s marked: Based on the \"Winnie the Pooh\" works copyright A. A. Milne and E. H. Shepard Disney Halcyon Days Enamels. This would make a wonderful gift for an Halcyon Days Enamels Box or Winnie the Pooh collector.
