I\'ll be listing several Lionel SG trains over the next few weeks.. I am strictlya POST WAR collector. My knowlege of pre-war SG is extremely limited. These items were aquired from the original owner\'s widow. He collected antique radios and picked up trains over the years/ His original childhood set will also be listed. IMPORTANT:These pieces ARE NOT collector grade, were notwell taken care of,and all have issues, including but not limited to rust, missing trim, etc. I will describe them as best I can. They are being sold AS FOUND, AS IS with no return. This listing is for the 1835E engine and tender as pictured..Nice looking engine/tenderbut most likely restored. As mentioned, I\'m not a pre-war collector but based on photos-this piece did not originally come with the brass, coppertrim as shown and originalsseem tohave adarker/shiny black patina, so unless this is some \'one of a kind\' orig. please consider it (and the tender)restored.
