William Elliott(1909-2001)Watercolor

You are offerding on a fabulouswatercolor painting by famed Tx.listed artistWilliam Elliott. Elliott taught at the Dallas Art Institute and won many honors for his art. (His paintings have sold in many sales including Heritage Auctons).

He traveled to Colorado where this striking\"Gorge\" was painted. The painting, on heavy thick Arches France paper, is circa 40\'s andwas acquired by computer pioneer Texas Instrument (TI) in Dallas, where it hung in aBoard Room for several years.

The black vintage woodframe complements the scene very well and would look good in any decor(sorry about reflection on photo of glass frame). The painting is in outstanding condition.....with the watercolor itself being 21\" X 29\". The entiremattedand framed work measures 40\" x 32\". We believe this to be a premier William Elliott work.....vibrant colors and masterfully done.
