I hate to even write this, but I have noticed low DRS star ratings for my shipping charges. I\'m trying to not sound crass, but before you offer, take note of the shipping amount. Do not offer if you think the shipping is too high. No one is forcing you to offer on my items if you do not like the shipping charges. Please do not offer on my items, all well and knowing the shipping charges, and then leave me low DSR Star ratings for shipping and hadling charges. I pack and weigh, then put that weight in . and the post office calculates the shipping, and the post office has raised their rates this year. I also end up paying 10% of the shipping charges to for fees. So, I end up having to pay 10% of the shipping out of my pocket to cover what took.

Up for offer is a brass steam whistle in operable order (tested on air). It has a 1/4" pipe thread base. I am not sure of the manufactor. It almost looks handmade. the interior looks like the stem may have been rusty at some point. It is about 6-7 inches tall.
