Nice condition. The only defect I see is a chip on the back of the base. Please see all photos as they are a significant part of the description. NAO is a division of Lladro.

*** A word on measurements - Measurements are all approximate as the measurement location is subjective depending on who is measuring. Many items I just photograph a ruler with the item to avoid conflict.
•Collectibles - I make every effort to inspect my collectible items for crazing, scratches, breaks, etc. Sometimes I may miss something. Please let me know if you are dissatisfied with an item’s condition. I do point out any defects I see in my listing. •Also, I will only ship most collectibles Priority Mail through USPS. I have had too many items broken when shipping by other methods. Priority Mail shipped items are automatically insured up to $50. Some smaller items that are 13 oz or less I may give the option of shipping First Class with no insurance. If your item is damaged or lost, and if there is insurance, I will take care of the USPS claim for you. You would be refunded by me and not have to wait for USPS to send you the check. I will need a photo of the damage if applicable.
FREE SHIPPING policy (for items with free shipping offered) - I will normally ship items First Class or USPS Priority. But, I reserve the right to choose Economy Parcel Select or Media Mail if Priority is cost prohibitive.
•If you have any problems with my items, please contact me for resolution before you leave negative response or request a return.
•Contact me with any questions prior to purchasing or offerding. If I do not list a measurement, fabrication content, or other item, it is your responsibility to ask for the details. I will not consider a lack of information as if the item is not as described.
•I will combine shipping if it’s possible. (Extra heavy items cannot be combined.)
•I accept returns with a restocking fee and buyer pays return shipping. The item must be in the exact condition in which it was shipped. All tags, labels, etc. must be intact and not removed. New items must be in the unopened package in which they came. There are certain conditions under which I will waive, reduce, or refund the restocking fee.•I graciously request PayPal payment by 5:00 PM EST within 2 days of winning the sale. Non-payment will result in losing privileges to shop in my store.
•My items come from a non-smoking store. However, these items are sourced from a variety of places and I cannot guarantee they have never been with pets, smoke or other contaminants.
