A large historical figurine of a peg-legged sea captain sitting down beside a little girl wrapped in a blowing shawl .He is pointing to something far away -probably a ship or some other landmark to the child. He is a older man, his face full of character & vitality as he sits on a teether ringed log. Both of them are braving the sea`s wind.Very nice detail & subject matter, you will notice this figurine every time you pass it by! I am also selling the gres figurine of the girl in another sale.This would make a super gift for someone who loves the open sea or maybe has a connection to sailing oryachting?It really is very striking -hate to let it go.This figurine is very heavy and will come insured -the post office shipping is accurate due to it being so heavy.Figurine measure 12 tall X 12 wide X 8.5 deep.Sculptor: Jose Puche.Thank you.
