He is holding a flower that has Si and No written on the petals. He is holding a No petal on the bottom of one hoof. It was issued in 1970 and retired in 1985 by Fulgencio Garcia. 7\" wide, it\'s in excellent used condition, no chips or cracks. Unfortunately, the original box is not available.
