Up for sale is a special Lladró sculpture of the one and only Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., titled \"Sunday Sermon.\" It\'s Spanish title is \"Orador de Color\".Dr. King is shown here in robe with a book of sermons behind him on the podium. The colors are wonderful and vibrant. Sculpture is in beautiful, mint condition. Glaze is flawless and has an interesting glow about it, very pleasant to look at.Sculpted by Salvador Furió, this piece is number #01005986 of the Lladró catalog. Introduced an 1993, this piece had a 10 year run retiring in 2003.This piece would make a wonderful addition to any Lladró collection, but I think even more so to anyone who has a place in their heart for civil rights and the great Dr. King.Please ask of you have any questions, and any reasonable offer will be considered.
