OUR PRICES:

Priced $650 per step - includes everything you need: spindles, handrail, a landing, top post. Note:Landing, top post & a railing for the landing are considered \"same as tread\" price.

HOW TO ORDER:
Take your TOTAL RISE (straight down from floor to floor) in inches, divide by 9.5 and round to the closest whole number. This is the number of steps you will need. Enter that number for your \"Quantity\". This will put you in line. Don\'t worry about if you ordered too many/not enough. We can work out the details later. ;o)Details:

Extra per tread for sanding (optional).

Extra per tread for finishing - 2 coats Bulls Eye Shellac (optional).

An extra $50 per tread for installation and $1.50/mile one-way.

EXPECT A MINIMUM ONE MONTH TURN-AROUND-TIME from the day you order. Some CUSTOM spirals take even longer.

Note: we charge the same price for diameters from 54\" up to 72\" at no extra charge. Call for estimates under 54” and over 72\" in diameter! We make smaller diameters than 54\", if meeting building codes is not an issue.

COLOR OPTIONS:

Blond: Clear of natural staining.

Buckskin: Some of the cambium is left on to give a spotted tanned look.

Sap Stained: Natural staining makes amazing colors - sometimes blue, orange and red. The first photo is a sap stained spiral staircase.

SURFACE OPTIONS:

Saw-Peeled: The Traditional \"draw-knifed\" look.

Smooth-Peeled: This method uses water at extremely high pressure to remove the bark, which reveals a naturally smooth surface. The first photo is smooth-peel.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

We ship our spirals fully insured anywhere in the continental US for $275! Note: We charge a handling fee of $75for a skirted pallet. If you come visit us in Michigan, we will load it for free!

WHAT WE NEED:

We need:

1. Total rise (from class=\"MsoPlainText\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial; margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in;\">2. Maximum diameter (usually finished opening minus 1 1/2 inches).

3. Clockwise or Counter Clockwise Rotation (from a top perspective).

4. A sketch showing both floors (doesn\'t need to be to scale) and digital photos are a must.

5. Zip-code for a shipping estimate and a time frame.

Take total floor height (in inches) divided by 9.5 (round up to the nearest whole number) then multiply by the price per tread.
