For sale (set 1 of 2 listed) are two (2) \"HOODS\" for \"FIELD PROTECTIVE MASK, M6\". These hoods are in sealed, unopened packaging with a \"MANUFACTURED NOV. 1964\" date. I did open an identical (package) hood from my personal stock for examination and viewing- those being sold are sealed. The hood from the open package looks and feels great! Like it was brand new (pretty much is). Greenish grey in color, about 18\" long, with some velcro and corded straps. Has stamping that matches those on the packaging. See pictures. If after the purchase the buyer wants me to open the packages, I will do so and get you pictures (you can confirm and I will ship). If not what advertised, sale will be voided and all monies refunded. My () 14 day guarantee remains no matter what. Typed (hand written font) on the front of the packaging includes numbering that is the same for both hoods. The back has red stamping (seemed to be hit and miss per package) but is mostly complete and legible. Identifies this hood as \"MIL-B-121B-GRADE A TYPES I II CLASS I\" from \"PROTECTIVE COATINGS CORP.\" and \"MANUFACTURED NOV. 1964\". Has a stamping for \"RECOMMENDED HEAT SEAL PROCEDURE\". Stamped in black is \"PCC PROCONRAP 11-64\". May confirm the date and should make this Viet Nam era equipment. Also used for mining operations. Either way they are cool, collectible, and vintage. Will probably fit other masks besides the M6 or make great displays, costumes, etc...I do have two identical hoods (from same estate) listed at this time (set 2 of 2) and will combine shipping if bought and paid for at the same time.Please refer to the pictures and contact me if you have questions.After the sale I will leave response soon after you do so.
