Testing

·Merchandise listed as “New” or “New Sealed” is not tested, in order topreserve the condition of the product and of the box.

We will make every effort to comply with your request before your offer.

·Please thoroughly verify any product, and contact us within 72 hours in case youare not satisfied with your purchase. Please consider that mistakes on testingmay occur and are not intentional, and we will do anything we can to solveproblems that may occur to protect your purchase.

We will be happy to accept returns within 14 days of deliveryunder these following guidelines:

·We accept only USPS as return carrier.

·All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and mustinclude the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must beintact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.),peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warrantycards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork.

·A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any OPENED merchandisethat is not defective.

·We do not accept returns for items listed as “New” or “Like New”after 14 days from the delivery; when you receive the item, it is yourresponsibility to check how to activate warranty with the manufacturer.

·Cost of shipping isnon-refundablefor returns. We willdeduct our shipping cost from the refund, even if the merchandise is listed as“Free Shipping”.

·Shipping cost will be exceptionally refunded only in theunfortunate case we have shipped you the wrong product. In this case you willreceive instructions for the return shipping and we will cover you the cost.

·You will be responsible for making sure that the package isreturned to us safely. Wedo nothold responsibility for lost ordamage items in return transit.

·Provide correct tracking information. We will refund you as soonas we receive the item.
