Welcome to my finds! I have unique gifts and treasures! Up for sale is a lot of 2Department 56 \'The Heritage Village Collection\' Christmas in the City Series \"Cafe Caprice French Restaurant\" and \"5609 Park Avenue Townhouse\".

Includes: 1 Department 56 \"Cafe Caprice French Restaurant\" (1996) with box, light, and tags and 1 \"5609 Park Avenue Townhouse\" (1989) with box and light.

Condition: Both of these items are in excellent condition! There are no chips or scratches to the ceramic or paint. Both come with original boxes (boxes are in fair condition due to wear) but both also come with lights as well. PLEASE look at the photos provided for these items.
