Here for sale is a Lot of 4 RLA (Richard Long and Associates) Bertha Subwoofer Cabinets w/ P-Audio 2242 18\" Woofers. If you know anything about nightclubs like Sound Factory, Paradise Garage, and Studio 54 you already know the history behind these.Lot contains:
4 X RLA(Richard Long)Bertha Subwoofer Cabinets.
- 3 of the cabinets are in decent shape considering their age. They all need a bit of restoration love. A few chips here and there but a bit of bondo and paint and you\'d be styling.
- 1 cabinet of the lot has some water damage on one of the boxes. You could maybe restore it, maybe not. I\'ll basically throw it in for free.
8 X P-Audio 2242 18\" Woofers. All woofers measure good impedance. I have not listened to these and years so I cannot speak for the mechanical quality of each driver.
All in all this would be a fantastic restoration project for any enthusiast of very Hi-Fi nightclub sound systems.I have these listed as local pickup. I have no issue having these ready for freight pickup however the buyer must arrange and pay for freight options.
