Lot of 4 Vintage 1950s 10\" 33RPM Vinyl LP Records - Classical Orchestra & Piano:
$16.00

This is a lot of 4 classical 10\" 33RPM LP vinyl records. I don\'t have any expertise in record grading, but I have photographed each LP on both the front and back side in the best light I could find and, based on the Goldmine Records grading descriptions, I\'ll attempt to describe each as follows:
  1. Capital Classics H-8186 Leonard Pennario Piano playing Rachmaninoff Prelude in C Sharp Minor, Op.3, No. 2 and List Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2. Condition: Record VG+, glossy, no warping, light surface wear with minor scuffs and a few very light scratches. Very light wear to the label, including the center hole. No inner sleeve. Cover VG/VG+ has shelf wear as pictured, no seam splits, slightly indented corners and owner\'s name written on upper right front.
  2. Mercury Classics MG 15037 Victor Schioler Plays Best Loved Piano Masterpieces Beethoven\'s \"Moonlight\" Sonata Op.27, No. 2; Chopin\'s Fantasie Impromptu in C-Sharp Minor, Op. 66 & \"Heroic Polonaise\" in A-Flat, Op. 53 Condition: Record VG to VG+, glossy, no warping, minor scuffs with a couple of light scratches, the label is in beautiful condition with no indications of wear to the center hole. A bit of roughness around the outer edge of the record, discernible when running your hand around the the edge. Cover VG/VG+ has shelf wear as pictured, no seam splits, apparent abrasion on the right side opening, original price ($4.00) written in pencil on the back. No inner sleeve.
  3. Columbia Masterworks Records ML 2001 Bruno Walter Conducting the Philharmonic-Symphony Orchestra of New York Beethoven: Symphony No. 8 in F Major, Op.93 Condition: Record VG+, very glossy, no warping, extremely minor surface scuffing. Super clean label with one nick on side one. Minor indications of wear on center hole. Inner sleeve has ring marks, some folding around edges and light tearing across the top. Original price ($2.40) written on back upper left. Since price was written on the sleeve, I assume there was never a cover.
  4. DECCA Gold Label Series Records DL 4006 The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra Ferenc Fricsay, conductor, Mendelssohn Overture to A Midsummer Night\'s Dream The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra Eugen Jochum, conductor, Weber Overture to Oberon Condition: Record VG to VG+, glossy, no warping, moderate scuffing, light scratches. The label is in very good but not excellent condition with minor indications of wear around the center hole. Cover VG, has shelf wear and age discoloration as pictured, 2\" split along bottom center, owner\'s name written on front top right, original price ($2.50) written in pencil on back upper right. No inner sleeve.
I am the original owner and always handled them carefully. They have been stored in my smoke and pet free home.
