*Clocks, after being shipped willalmost certainly need adjustments. Therefore all clocks, whether running ornot, are sold with that intent. I do my best to describe each clock I sellaccurately, with honesty and integrity. Due to possible unforeseencircumstances associated with shipping clocks, outside of my control, I cannotguarantee whether a clock will arrive in working condition or not. Thereforeall clocks are sold “As Is”, for parts or restoration, and without guaranteesor warrantees.

·8% NY State sales tax applied to any salewithin the state of NY, unless you have a current and valid NY State tax resalenumber, and supply me with a completely filled out and signed copy of New YorkState tax form ST-120. Please contact me at sale end to make arrangements forsubmission of tax form.

·Payment is requested within three (3)days of sale end for sale style listings. Immediate payment on “Buy itNow” listings. Payment via PayPal only.

·After 3 days, non-paying buyers will benotified through ’s alert system and negative response may be left.

·I ship items within 3 days of receivingcleared payment. It may take an additional day or two depending on the day ofthe week that payment is received. (Weekends & Holidays may interfere withshipping times).

·Buyer pays shipping. I ship via USPSPriority Insured Mail. I pay insurance based upon final value. Any package over$300 will be sent signature required (at my cost for the service). Thisprotects you and me! I package safely and securely using a variety of packingmaterials including papers, bubble wrap, packing peanuts and new (or like new)cardboard boxing. Double boxing when required protecting your item whileshipping.

·Combined shipping is assessed and offeredon a case-by-case basis dependent of the items being asked to combine. Size,weight, fragility, etc. are all factors involved when combining items to reduceshipping costs. If it can be done safely, I will combine. Otherwise items mayship separately. Contact me prior to offerding to see if items can be combined.

·No returns or refunds, whole or in part,accepted, unless I have inaccurately described the item. Buyer’s remorse isconsidered as non-acceptable for returns/refunds. Request for return/refundmust be made within 14 days of receiving item. In the event an item isauthorized to be returned, only final sale price plus original shipping will berefunded and buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including returninsurance. Refunds given only after item is received back by me and inspectedfor condition. Items returned damaged and not insured will result in no refund.Refunds paid through PayPal only. Items damaged in shipping arenon-refundable, however I insure all items. Contact me if you need assistancewith the claim process in the event an item arrives damaged. A 20% restockingfee is applied to all returns.
