Lot of 6 Walt Disney World Used Wax Paper Cups of 1970s Vintage. The lot includes 5 Bicentennial cups from 1976, and 1 cup with a picture of the Cinderella Castle, also of1970s Vintage.
The waxed paper cups are off white with color illustrations. The bicentennial cups show Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and Donald Duck in colonial outfits, marching with a colonial American Flag.Donald plays a piccolo, Goofy bangs spoon drumsticks on a drum made from a cooking pot, and Mickey holds the Flag. This logo is surrounded by blue stars and a banner reading \"America On Parade\" - a reference to a special parade held daily at Disney World during the Bicentennial Year. There are red and blue stripes near the top and bottom of the cup. The back and front of the cup have the same illustration.
The Walt Disney World cup has an aqua blue illustration of the Cinderella Castle on its front and back. On one side of the cup, an orange Mickey Mouse head/globe balloon floats high in the sky.
Each cup measures about 5 inches high and 3.25 inches wide at its widest point. The cups have been used, the interiors have some stains and dust. The cups have become stained and yellowed with age, and a bit bent out of shape after years in storage.But the designs are still vivid, and the cupsmight make a nice addition to a collection.Items come from a smoke and pet free home.US buyers only.
