Condition notes-Restoration to one loop of the flower frog which is solid and fully functional (See the last 2 Pics), small fleabite to the central aperture, light wear to the underside, attractive onion-skin to the rim and continuing through the cavetto.
The bowl, which vaguely reminds me of Monet\'sWaterlilies from about the same time, measures a full 9 3/4 inches in diameter. Another example of this appears on Page 61of Steeg\'s \"Tiffany Favrile Art Glass.\" Both are signed on the bottom (See Pics). Pic #12 is another closeup on the base of the bowl. The mark (that looks like a line) about about 6 o\'clock below the signature is a scratch from surface wear. There are no cracks anywhere on the bowl- only on the frog.
I bought this from a Tiffany dealer who was a regular on Antiques Roadshow for almost 10 years. It\'s just beautiful- the kind of Tiffany that you could put on your table and actually use, especially at this price. I\'m including another LCT Flower Frog (not pictured), which has seen moreuse, as a bonus.
