A complete and original George III sterling silver and crystal oil and vinegar cruet made in , and hallmarked , London 1775 by John Delmester . The two bottle frame retaining it\'s original crystal bottles and sterling silver tops , which when removed fit into the rings on the side of the cruet frame . The central cartouche is engraved with a lovely crest of a row of feathers , into which further engraved is a coat of arms . There is a scroll handle at the back of the cruet to carry the piece and the stand and the crystal bottles are free of any damage or restoration . It is getting harder and harder to find these cruets complete and this is a particularly good example . The cruet is 18 cm / 7 inches wide and stands 19.5 cm / 7.75 inches high . A highly collectable and functional piece .
