Youare offerding on a beautiful finely carved antique cameo pendant that measures approx. 2 5/8\" x 2 1/4\" and weighs approx. 21.6 grams. The shell cameo features a Catholic image \"Sacred Heart of Jesus\" and (the cameo itself) measures approx. 1 7/8\" x 1 3/8\". I have added a coin in one picture so you can gauge the very large size. The cameo shows some fine internal lines but is stable and secure in the setting no movement. The setting shows minor areas of bent decorative frame but the fold down hanging loop is in good working order. It is not hallmarked and has not been tested for precious metal content. I gently cleaned the item but will leave additional cleaning up to the buyer.
