Presented is a lovely vintage sterling silver, onyx and marcasite ring. This ring is of German make and dates to the 1930s-1980s. The ring is made in an alluring twist or wreath sort of design, set with an oval cut onyx in the center. Surrounding the center onyx are brilliant marcasites which catch the light appealingly. This piece is stamped and guaranteed sterling silver, as well as \'Germany.\'This piece is in great overall condition. The stone is in good shape, with no chips. The setting has no splits, no breaks, and no repairs. There are about 5 marcasites missing, but these are hard to notice without close, careful inspection.This ring is a size 4 1/2.This piece weighs 8.4 grams.-jm
