Lovely vintage L.E. Smith small pedestal candy dish or comport in the Moon and Stars pattern is a deep blue, slightly darker than it appears in the photos, and features scalloped top rim. Measures 5-1/8\" tall x 5-1/2\" diameter at top. This is a used piece and shows visible signs of wear and use. No cracks, but small, 1/16\" shallow chip on outside top rim of pedestal base. Prominent 1\" straw mark inside at bottom, and multiple visible scuff marks and scratches inside and out in multiple spots, consistent with moderate use and handling. Multiple small bubbles in glass from manufacturing.
