Large freight items will be shipped via LTL or Common Freight Carrier.

All freight shipments are curbside delivery ONLY.
If you require additional assistance, please notify us as soon as possible.
Some shipments are eligible for a ”White Glove” delivery for an
additional fee (usually $100.00 - $150.00).
\"White Glove\" delivery means the freight company will place the item in
your space and remove all shipping and packing materials.
All freight deliveries require a good contact phone number.
The freight company will call you in advance to set up a
convenient date and time for your delivery.

Items received damaged will be exchanged for new product.
Detailed photos showing damage to item and packaging must be received within 3 days of receipt.
Depending on the damage, it may be a “whole” or a “part” replacement.
Please send us message through for an email address to send pics.If you do not like the item you have purchased,
you are responsible for return shipping within 14 days of receipt.
Please be aware that some large freight items can cost several hundreds of dollars.
All items must be re-packaged the same way it was received and arrive safely so it can be re-sold.
Tracking and insurance is required. Once the item has been received in perfect condition,
