This listing is for an antique/vintage silk velvet remnant. It is a thin low pile, very lush and luxurious when the light hits it. It is hard to get a photo of the exact color, but it is more of a violet purple. Deeper than the first two photos, but lighter than the third one.It will serve one well for re-purposing into clothing for ones antique dolls clothing. Soft and \"scrunchable\" (that may not be a word, but really fits :)The color is so rich, much better than my photos.Good condition, it is definitely silk, possibly blended with rayon.
