M.J. Tobias Liverpool Pocket Watch Keywind PATENT LEVER. When I jiggle it it ticks for several seconds but the second hand does not move. I am selling it AS IS. This lovely watch has been in storage for 50 years so it certainly needs a cleaning. there is wear on the case, particularly on the inside Please see photos for condition.
